Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the b99a online gaming platform, accessible at b99a.app (the "Platform"). 2Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of b99a services, you must register a player account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge and requires only a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a password of your choosing, and your confirmation that you are aged 21 or older. b99a does not require a username separate from your phone number.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify b99a immediately via the support email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorised transaction has been made on your account.
• b99a will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your password, PIN, or full payment credentials. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.
• b99a is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account, including but not limited to losses resulting from sharing login credentials, using insecure networks, or failing to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

Account Verification (KYC)

b99a applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with responsible gaming and financial integrity obligations. KYC verification may be triggered by certain account activity thresholds or requested proactively at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Minimum deposits via Rocket and Upay are ৳200. Bank transfers have a minimum deposit of ৳500.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. b99a reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus from any player who cannot demonstrate eligibility.

• Registering or operating more than one account on b99a, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, exploit bonus terms, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity, regardless of the amount involved.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to b99a at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal requests.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability on the Platform, whether intentionally or recklessly. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and may be recovered from your account balance.

8Account Suspension and Termination

b99a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the prohibited activities clause, or the payment integrity rules.
• Where b99a has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used to conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Where it is necessary to comply with a request, order, or instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Where the player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the closure is not the result of a breach of these Terms. Where a closure results from a breach, b99a reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.

9Intellectual Property

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b99a's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your b99a account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. b99a expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, goodwill, or reputation, whether direct or indirect.

11Privacy and Data Protection

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b99a operates a formal complaints procedure: in the first instance, disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
